Narwee Baptist Church is located in the south western Sydney suburb of Peakhurst, which is about 18km from the Sydney CBD.

The Church is located on the corner of Baumans Road and Gardinia Street, about 15 minute's walk from Narwee Railway Station (East Hills Line: timetable). It is two minutes' drive from the M5 Motorway and Stoney Creek Road and five minutes' drive from King Georges Road.
