Rev. Angelo Gratsounas
Senior Pastor

Ange is married to Linda & has three children (Caitlin, Stephanie & Chloe). Ange comes from a Greek Orthodox background, becoming a Christian in his late teenage years. He worked as a maths teacher before completing a Bachelor of Theology at Morling Theological College. After attending Dulwich Hill and Ashfield Baptist Churches, Ange served as Associate Pastor at Springwood Baptist Church before commencing as Senior Pastor at Narwee mid 1997.

Tim MacBride
Associate Pastor (Teaching/Creative Ministries)

Tim is married to Samantha and they have two children, Toby and Noah. Tim comes from a Christian family and has a background in music and marketing. Tim completed his B.Th.(Hons) and M.Th. at Morling Theological College, where he currently lectures in Preaching & New Testament two days per week.

Phillipp Ross
Associate Pastor (Pastoral Care)

Phillipp joined the pastoral team in 2003 to oversee pastoral care and ministry to seniors. Phillipp is married to Joy, and has three adult children (David, Leonie & Nathan) who also attend NBC. Phillipp completed a Bachelor of Ministries degree at Morling College in 1998.

Rev. Wayne Forward
Associate Pastor (Youth)

Wayne is married to Amy, and they have two children (Brianna and Wesley). Wayne previously worked as a Nursing Educator, before completing his Bachelor of Ministry at Morling Theological College. He joined the pastoral team in a full-time capacity in 2008, having served as a student youth pastor while attending college.

Robyn Garlick

Robyn is married to Ian and they have two children (Amanda and Carly). Robyn and Ian had previously attended Narwee and returned at the beginning of 2000 for Robyn to oversee our childrens' ministry, specifically our weekly after-school kids' clubs and annual Holiday Club.

Mark Panagiris
Associate Children's Pastor

Mark joined the staff in 2008 to work alongside Robyn in our growing children's ministry. He will be focussing on our Sunday School and the weekly Club34 for children in years 3 & 4. Mark is married to Julie, and also works part-time as a teacher/librarian at Earlwood Public School.

Christian Aguilera
Student Pastor (Young Adults)

Christian is married to Evelyn, with two children (Amelia and Josiah). Christian is currently completing his studies at Morling Theological College, and serves on the pastoral team part-time looking after our ministries to young adults.

Lisa Byrnes

Lisa is married to Rob and they have two children, Tim and Hayley. Lisa is an experienced office manager, having worked for other church organisations, and joined us in 2000 at Narwee Baptist Church.
