  • Christmas Fair & Carols by Candlelight: Sun Dec 14. As usual we need around 100 volunteers to make this community event happen. Let us know whether you can help anywhere needed, or specify: setup/packup; program preparation; cleaning; welcoming; face painting; children’s activity supervision; security; food & drinks; glowstick selling. New to the church? Volunteering for this event is a great way to meet others in our church, and to join the church’s mission in a practical way.

Church Services

Last Weekend: Ange spoke at both morning services on Samson – We don’t need another hero (Judges 13-16). Samson Pratt was dedicated at the 10:45am service. At our evening service we were supposed to see a DVD message from Louie Giglio – but since both our projectors decided to fail on the one day, Tim spoke on the evidence for the resurrection. No technical hitches got in the way of communion, however, and we celebrated that together at our evening service.

Next Sunday:
In our 8:45am service we will be celebrating our Playtime Service with Quizworkz. At the 10:45am service, Ange will be speaking on Be Filled with the Holy Spirit. Christian will be continuing our series in John, looking at What if…? (John 8:12-59).

The preaching programme for all our services can always be found on our website www.narweebaptist.org.au/events/preaching.htmlmp3s of past sermons available from www.narweebaptist.org.au/sermons.
