Sunday Services September 24

This week at the 9am and 11am services we will be hearing from Ange Gratsounas on Jesus’ Model Prayer from Matthew 6:5-13. At the 2pm Mandarin service, Lianbo Zhang will be speaking on what it means To be a genuine Christian from Matthew 6:1-18. At the 6pm service, Brett Hookham will be continuing our Living in Exile series with Exiles: Living with suffering knowing Christ’s victory from 1 Peter 3:8-22. Please join us for Coffee Before Church from 4.30pm in the playground.

Sunday Services September 17

At the 9am and 11am services this week, Ange Gratsounas will speak on The Gifts of the Spirit- part 2, and will also be delivering this message at the 2pm Mandarin service. At 6pm, the Youth will be hosting the service. There will be a baptism and the commissioning of the Wellington mission team who will travel to Wellington NSW to run the Holiday Club in the first week of school holidays. Our guest speaker Ross Ciano will speak on ‘One verse that will change your life’ from 1 Peter 3:18.  There will be a Super Supper dinner after this service that all are invited to.

Sunday Services September 10

This Sunday, at the 9am and 11am services, Ange Gratsounas will be speaking on The Gifts of the Spiritpart 1 and Lianbo Zhang will be speaking on the same topic at the 2pm Mandarin service (1 Corinthians 12:1-11). At the 6pm service, Brett Hookham will be speaking on Exiles: living in society – spouses from 1 Peter 3:1-7.

Sunday Services September 3

It’s Father’s Day and David Williams will be speaking to us in the morning services on Learning from one father’s struggle – believing in the midst of doubt from Mark 9:14-29. At the 2pm Mandarin service Lianbo Zhang will be speaking on To be a father of faith from Mark 9:14-29. At the 6pm service, Brian and Catherine Walicki will be baptised and there will be a dedication for their son Sebastian. Ange Gratsounas will be speaking on The Proof of God’s Love from Romans 5:6-11 at this service. The service will be followed by Cheap Eats in the hall.

Coffee Machine Training

Saturday, 26th August, 10am-12noon
If you’d like to learn how to make barista style coffee on our commercial coffee machine please let us know and come along! We will have bacon and egg rolls together and Lirie Chen will help grow the number of people who can use the machine for our various ministries.
