Our next Men’s Breakfast will be held on Saturday 1st November at 8am, at Club Grandviews Peakhurst (821 Forest Rd Peakhurst). we will be hearing from guest speaker and Army Chaplain Ricky Su over a lovely breakfast! Cost is $27pp
More about our speaker:
Chaplain Ricky Su joined the Australian Army as a Physiotherapy Officer in 2003 before transferring to the Army Chaplaincy in 2015. After serving in various Chaplaincy roles in the Army, he is presently the Senior Instructor at the Defence Force Chaplaincy College.
He has served on both overseas and domestic operations, including Operation SLIPPER (Afghanistan), Operation OKRA (Iraq), and Operation FLOOD ASSIST 22-1 (QLD/NSW). His service has been recognised with the award of the Conspicuous Service Medal in the 2021 Australia Day Honours, and the United States Army Commendation Medal in 2022.
Sharing stories from the frontline, Ricky will point us to the power of Christ to meet our needs in difficult places.
