Ballot papers for the Diaconate and Auditor need to be returned by Sunday November 29 at 12 noon. Agendas, minutes and reports are available in the foyer.
There will be a motion to call Lianbo Zhang as Chinese Pastor for three days a week. Lianbo is presently on a 12 month appointment. A double quorum is needed to call him to this position.
