This is an important training night for all home group leaders to prepare you for leading the launch series Bible studies in 2019.

November 25 is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, so this will be our topic as we close a year of focus on Domestic Violence in Catalyst groups throughout Australia. We will also take stock of where we are up to with other campaigns we have looked at in 2018.

We will look at ‘No Room – A Report on Domestic Violence Services in Australian Communities’ and plan for our Refugee Awareness Cheap Eats supper on Sunday November 4.
We will be holding a special Church Meeting on Sunday October 14 at 1pm to confirm a Pastoral Search Committee and a job description for our next Youth Pastor. All members are strongly encouraged to attend.

We will watch ‘The Staging Post’ and discuss The Global Neighbour Index, a new report grading Australia’s contribution to achieving the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals.
