There will be a motion to call Lianbo Zhang as Chinese Pastor for three days a week. Lianbo is presently on a 12 month appointment. A double quorum is needed to call him to this position.

The postponed meeting from May will be held at 1pm. The August meeting will then start at about 1.30pm. Remember we need a quorum of 65 members. We encourage all members to attend this quarterly meeting. Agendas, minutes and reports will be available on Sunday August 23.
If you would like to become a member at our church please book in for the next seminar on Sunday August 23 at 4.30pm. It will be held in one of the upstairs rooms. To be a member you need to have been baptised by immersion as a believer.

Pastors, Deacons, Ministry & Home Group Leaders’ Meeting
Thursday July 16 at 7.30pm
We encourage all leaders to attend this meeting as we focus on the second half of the year and the various ministry opportunities. We will spend some time in passionate prayer for the work of the gospel and support one another.

At this meeting we will consider offering a call to a new Associate Pastor. The meeting will be preceded by a sausage sizzle lunch. Prior to this meeting there will be a Bilingual Service in English and Mandarin.
Held on Sunday 1st February from 1pm at Mortdale Oatley Baptist Church (cnr Boundary Rd and Woronora Pde) Mortdale.
Cost – $20. Church will cover the cost of the workshop!
